We want you to love your order. That is why every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, in line with the terms below.

30-day return period

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or your statutory rights apply.

Return eligibility and condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to request a return

To start a return, email us at support@weartheshape.co with your order number and the reason for your return. You must contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed. Our support team will reply with the correct return instructions and the return address for your location. Please do not return items to any address before receiving these instructions.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at support@weartheshape.co as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover any return shipping costs in these cases.

Refund processing and timing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@weartheshape.co. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the standard returns process applies.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These include your right to a refund, repair or replacement for goods that are faulty or not as described.
